Public and Private Directories
The TDS-412 provides tons of system memory to help you customize directories to help your customers contact the right people.

  • Public Directory
    Store up to 50 phone numbers available to all phones connected to the system. Automatically updates every phone when a change is made.
  • Private Directory
    Maintains 150 personal phone numbers available to each individual telephone.
  • Caller ID Log
    Stores and dials up to 200 of the most recent inbound calls including name, number, date, time and more.

  • Visual Message Waiting indicator lets you know you have a TDS Voice Mail message waiting
  • Large illuminated LCD display provides four lines, each with 16 characters for easy readability
  • 2 Data Jacks for easy access to Internet Connection or other analog devices

  • Speed dial and last number redial save valuable staff time
  • LED mute key allows muting of handset, speakerphone and headset
