Free Installation Offer requires 24-month commitment. If customer cancels TV service early, a $50 early termination fee applies. Professional Installation includes installation of the Connected-Home DVR, wireless access point, and up to 5 wireless set-top-boxes. Installation charges may apply if additional set-top-boxes are needed and/or wired set-top-boxes are needed as determined by the technician at the time of installation.

TDS TV Programming: All prices, packages and programming subject to change without notice. Some channels are not available in all areas. Sports programming is subject to in-market availability and blackouts. Customer is responsible for applicable video-on-demand and pay-per-view charges. Pay-Per-View (PPV): Customer can use parental controls to restrict programming or filter by rating. Event schedules subject to change. All events air on specified TV channel. PPV can only be ordered through the on-screen guide. Once ordered, a PPV event cannot be cancelled by remote control or TDS customer support. Customer will be billed regardless of whether an event was watched. PPV events have a specific start and end time so customers need to view the event in the timeframe purchased. Must be 18 or older to order adult programming. Professional standard installation is for new TDS TV customers only and includes set up of up to three set-top boxes and residential gateway. Other wiring, installation, and equipment charges may apply.

High-Speed Internet: Availability varies and speeds shown may not be available at all service addresses. Certain speeds are only offered in areas served by TDS Fiber. Speed ranges shown are expressed as “up to” to represent network capabilities between customer location and the TDS network. Most customers can expect to receive a stable speed within the range of the product purchased as allowed by the quality and capability of the connection; however, actual speeds experienced by customers vary and are not guaranteed. Some customers may receive lower than the indicated speed range. Speeds vary due to various factors, including but not limited to: distance from switching locations, network equipment, delivery technology, and external/internal network conditions. Speed tests may produce inconsistent results due to various factors, including the speed test program or website used, the number of devices connected to the customer’s modem, and whether the speed test is conducted over Wi-Fi. Customers that are not receiving the indicated speeds may cancel their service or downgrade to a lower-speed service without any termination or switching charges. Otherwise, a $15 service charge may apply to existing customers who switch plans without increasing speed or adding qualifying service. In order to maximize Internet speeds above 100Mbps, a compatible network interface card is required.

TDS Phone Service is for residential customers. Caller ID service requires a compatible phone or device. Long distance minutes are domestic for both Inter and IntraLATA. Minutes over the monthly allocation are billed at 10¢/min. Extended local calling minutes over the monthly allocation are billed at applicable rates. Certain services may not be available in all areas. A $7.50 service charge may apply to customers who switch plans after 35 days. One-time phone installation charges may apply for new customers.
