Kids: come, create masterpieces with Art Cart
Kids get ready. This summer, the Art Cart van will be rolling into Stoughton, Black Earth, Sun Prairie, Verona, Waunakee, Mount Horeb, Fitchburg, DeForest, Cross Plains, and Monona.
Get ready to create a masterpiece – outdoors. Organized activities (they may vary by site) are coordinated by experienced teachers who will offer instruction and provide the supplies, free of charge. Past activities have included making kites, building robots with toilet paper rolls and telephone wire, and sandcasting.
This free activity is a Madison Museum of Contemporary Art program and sponsored by TDS Telecommunications Corp. (TDS™).
Kids are welcome to participate during the entire two hour session or for a portion of the time period, whichever fits their schedule best.
