TDS Telecommunications Corp. announces plans to add 20 new positions in Pequot Lakes. Applications are currently being accepted for the new Technical Customer Operations Advisor positions; a start-date of Feb. 2 is planned.
You may recall that in 2008 announced plans to add 19 new positions in Pequot Lakes; in fact, they added 28 new positions last year.
“We’re extremely pleased to be adding new positions here in Pequot Lakes,” says Ron Nelson, market manager for TDS. “Pequot Lakes is a great community. We’re so pleased with the employees we’ve recruited from the area in the past and look forward to hiring 20 more hard-working, reliable individuals from the area to assist our customers.”
TDS is also adding positions at other offices across the nation, including more than 50 positions at its headquarters in Madison, Wis.
The full-time customer care positions will, among other responsibilities, serve as the first line of support for residential and small business customers, helping to resolve telephone service/repair issues as well as Internet connectivity issues.
