Our firm’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) is working hard to open our newest branch office and he had the good fortune to have Steve be deployed on an installation service call. Our new office location is in a shopping plaza that did not have Internet connectivity and to make matters more difficult, our suite is located at a far point away from where Internet ultimately needed to be installed at the building. Steve patiently worked to run wire through multiple suites which required him to professionally knock on doors and ask permission to enter adjacent premises from other tenants of the shopping plaza. Steve handled this with poise and he worked until the job was complete. Thomas is an excellent technician. He is very professional and prompt. There were many questions we needed to be answered. Thomas took the time to explain and demonstrate all features about the DSL modem. We wish there were more employees who took the time to make sure we understood how to operate the equipment.
