Our new office location is in a shopping plaza that did not have Internet connectivity and to make matters more difficult, our suite is located at a far point away from where Internet ultimately needed to be installed at the building. Thomas is an excellent technician. He is very professional and prompt. There were many questions we needed to be answered. Thomas took the time to explain and demonstrate all features about the DSL modem. We wish there were more employees who took the time to make sure we understood how to operate the equipment.
