One bill for your TDS communications!
We're working to make paying your TDS bills
more simple. Soon, we'll be upgrading our billing system, which will allow you
to enjoy the convenience of having your billing information in one place, and
only one bill to pay.
- In September, we'll begin moving Internet customers who pay via credit card to our TDS ePay online billing system.
- In October, we'll begin the upgrade for Internet customers who pay via invoice.
After these changes, customers who have TDS Local Phone Service as well as TDS Internet Services can e-mail or call us to combine their bills.
In December, we'll work with TDS Internet
Service customers who pay their bills via paper invoice, trying to match their accounts to any TDS Local Phone Service.
There will also be changes in billing
dates and period of service.
