Your DSL connection is designed to be stable and reliable. Did you know that
most minor glitches can be solved without a call to Technical Support by simply
power cycling your modem and computer? This process refreshes the DSL connection
and may help to get you up and running again. Here's how to do it:
- Unplug your DSL modem from the power supply.
- While the modem is off, shut down your computer and power it off.
- Plug your modem back in.
- Wait approximately 30 seconds.
- Restart your computer.
