Convenient— Remote PC Support services are available 8 a.m.—9 p.m. CST, seven days a week. No appointment necessary.
Satisfaction Assured—If you're not completely satisfied, TDS will correct your problem, free of charge.
Customers must contact TDS within 10 days of service delivery to address service issues. TDS will contact the customer and correct any problems that are the direct result of services rendered. General service terms and conditions still apply.
Requires a 12-month commitment, billed monthly at a rate of $6.95 with a $14.95 one-time PC clean up fee with your first use of the service. Subscription includes two Remote PC Safety sessions, which can be used at anytime during the 12-month subscription period. Customers who wish to use additional Remote PC Safety sessions, after they have received the initial two Remote PC Safety sessions within the 12-month period, can receive additional sessions at the discounted rate of $29.95 per session for the remainder of the applicable 12-month subscription period. Subscription does not include any TDS service other than the Remote PC Safety product.
PLEASE NOTE: Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your first month of service, for an additional 12 months. If you wish to discontinue the service, you must notify TDS no less than thirty days prior to contract expiration to prevent auto-renewal. If you wish to discontinue the service during the first 12-month term or during any renewal term, an Early Termination Charge of $50 will apply. Early Termination Charge will appear on your next TDS statement after TDS received notice of termination. All previously paid monthly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Remote PC Support services are currently offered in limited areas. Home visits and home-network troubleshooting are not offered. Prices listed are per computer, not household.
