Call Trace

Request a trace of the last incoming call to your phone line.

Call Trace allows you to initiate a trace of the last incoming call to your phone line by dialing an activation code immediately after terminating the call. The telephone number of the caller, the date and time of the call, and other call detail is recorded on a printer at the TDS Telecom office. Call Trace information will only be given to appropriate law enforcement agencies and cannot be provided to the customer directly. Call Trace information is retained at the TDS Telecom office and made available to law enforcement agencies for 10 business days after the trace has been initiated.
