Family Voice Mail Package - is a flexible subscription service that answers your calls, with your own personal recorded greeting, when you're on the phone, away from your phone, or any time a call goes unanswered. Family Voice Mail Package provides up to four mailboxes, which can all be used on one telephone number. It’s the ultimate in personalization for your family! Now all of your callers will be greeted by your personalized message and the rest of your family can record their own special greeting too. Each mailbox has a default greeting length of 2 minutes, stores 10 messages, and will save un-played messages for up to 14 days, played messages are saved for up to 7 days.

• *95 Speed Dial – Dial *95 from your home or office to quickly and easily access your Voice Mail. This is a new feature that has been added to our voice mail packages at no extra cost.
• Wake-up Call – Can be set up to call every day on a long-term basis until canceled by the customer. On a daily basis, the customer can designate different times for the wake-up call to be made, up to a maximum of 5 different times per day.
• Call Reminder – A customer can record a message, up to 3 minutes in length, to be delivered within the next 30 days. The message can be delivered to the customer's own mailbox, to any telephone number in their local calling scope or to telephone numbers on a Group Distribution list. Can have up to 10 reminder messages waiting to be delivered in any 30-day period. Can have up to 10 distribution lists with up to 200 numbers on each list.
• Record your own personal greeting and change it whenever you'd like.
• Stutter dial tone alerts you to waiting messages when you pick up your phone's handset.
• Answers multiple calls simultaneously.
• Lets you retrieve messages or change your greeting from any touchtone telephone worldwide.

• Captures multiple calls at once – up to 10 calls can be simultaneously answered when you're away, on the phone or using your Internet connection
• No mechanical difficulties – no tapes or machines to worry about.
• No busy signals – multiple callers can leave messages at the same time.
• Convenience – -you can retrieve messages or change your greeting from any touchtone phone worldwide.
• Security – A private access code helps you ensure others don't get your messages.
• No lost messages – Even if there's a power outage, callers can still leave messages and you can still retrieve messages from a working phone.
