Remote PC Support Pack requires a 12-month commitment, billed monthly at a rate dependent on which pack is purchased. Pack subscriptions do not include any TDS Telecommunications Corporation services other than the products included in the purchased Pack. Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your first month of service, for an additional 12 months. Customers wishing to discontinue the service must notify TDS no less than thirty days prior to contract expiration to prevent auto-renewal. If Customer wishes to discontinue the service other than by providing notice to TDS no less than thirty days prior to contract expiration (whether during the first 12-month term or during any renewal term), an Early Termination Charge of $50 will apply. Early Termination Charge will appear on your next TDS statement after TDS receives notice of termination. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Remote PC Support services are currently offered in limited areas. Remote PC Support Services are subject to the RCPS Terms of Service.
