An essential companion service to USLink® Dialup service, Internet Call Manager (ICM) in Halls Crossroads, TN lets you know who’s calling when you’re online.

When you’re connected to the Internet and receive a phone call, a pop-up message alerts you to the number and name of who is calling. You then have five options for handling the call:

• Answer it: choose this option to automatically end your Internet connection and answer your call.
• Transfer it: this option lets you transfer the call to another number like a second line or a cell phone.
• Send message: choose this to send the caller a pre-recorded message: I’ll call you back; Please call later; Try my cell; I don’t know you; Block telemarketer.
• Take message: This option sends the caller to your TDS Web Voice Mail, where they can leave a message. You’ll be able to access and listen to voice mail messages whenever you’re online.
• Ignore it: With this option, the caller hears the phone ring as if no one is at home.
