An essential companion service to USLink® Dialup service, Internet Call Manager (ICM) in Halls Crossroads, TN lets you know who’s calling when you’re online and offers five call-handling options:

• Answer the call: choose this option to automatically end your Internet connection and answer your call.
• Transfer the call: this option lets you transfer the call to another number like a second line or a cell phone.
• Send message: choose this to send the caller a pre-recorded message: I’ll call you back; Please call later; Try my cell; I don’t know you; Block telemarketer.
• Take message: This option sends the caller to your TDS Voice Mail, where they can leave a message. You’ll be able to access and listen to voice mail messages whenever you’re online.
• Ignore the call: With this option, the caller hears the phone ring as if no one is at home.

When you subscribe to ICM along with a TDS Voice Mail package, you’ll spend less. Choose the Voice Mail package that’s right for you: Personal Voice Mail, Family Voice Mail, and Business Voice Mail.
