Call Forward - Busy (Fixed) forwards all your calls to another number when your phone line is busy. This service has gained popularity with the advent of "Internet answering machines."
- You choose the number to forward calls and, once set, all calls will route to that number when your line is busy
- Changes to the forwarding number must be made from your local TDS business office, minimizing the possibility of your "forward-to" number being changed without your consent
- Service can be temporarily deactivated from any touchtone phone
