Automatically redials the telephone number for the last outgoing call. If the number you are redialing is busy, Repeat Dialing service will alert you with a special ring when your line and the line you redialed are both idle. Repeat Dialing will continuously attempt to call back a busy number for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your request will be cancelled.
If you dial a number and it's busy:
- Simply hang up, then dial *66.
- Your phone will automatically redial the number for up to 30 minutes.
- When the call connects, your phone will ring a special tone, letting you know you've gotten through.
- To cancel Repeat Dialing, simply pick up the phone and dial *86.
