How to view and pay your TDS bill online

Online billing allows you to view your account information and pay your telephone bill automatically or manually from your financial account or credit card.  To access online billing, please visit TDS ePay.  Once you have enrolled be sure to click on the "Payment Setup" link under "My Profile" in the left navigation. You will need to add a bank account or credit card before you can pay your bill.

If you currently receive more than one bill for TDS services, all you need to do is contact us to combine your accounts; you can e-mail us or call us.  There are no additional fees if you choose to use TDS ePay to pay your bill using a credit card or a checking account..

Making a Payment in TDS-ePay:

  • To make a payment, click on the "CURRENT BILLS" link under the Bills/Payments heading on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Click on the account number or account name link to open the bill.
  • Click on the red "PAY NOW" Button and make your payment.
  • Verify account and balance due
  • Enter/Verify the Payment Amount you wish to make in the Payment Amount Box. You can change the amount if you choose.  Do keep in mind, an automatic late payment fee of 1.5% is assessed on any unpaid balance, if you choose to not pay the full balance due.
  • Also, keep in mind that any payments made after the due date will be added to your account but may not show as received on the next bill, as TDS ePay is not real time, but an image of the bill you would receive in the mail.
  • Verify/Change the bank account you wish to use for your payment in the Payment Method drop down box. If you only have one account, it will be automatically displayed and you will not need to change it.
  • Click the “PAY NOW” button. Keep in mind it may take up to 24 to 48 business hours for the payment to post to your account.
  • Verify your Payment information and click “CONFIRM” to submit your payment. DO NOT press the CONFRIM button more than once or more than one payment will be submitted. If this happens, we can only credit back duplicate payments made with a credit or debit card. If the payment is submitted from a checking or savings account, we cannot credit it back to the account. A credit balance would be applied to your TDS account.
  • Once the payment is made, press “OK” on the conformation page, after reviewing and printing for your records if desired.
