How to update your password in Outlook Express

To change the password that is saved in Outlook Express follow the steps listed below.  You would normally follow these steps after you have changed the password for your email address and need to replace the one saved in Outlook Express.

• Open Outlook Express
• Click on Tools
• Click on Accounts
• Click on the Mail tab
• Select the Email account
• Click on Properties
• Click on the Servers tab

• Click into the password field, remove anything already present, and type in the new password
