How to set your home page to TDS

To configure your computer to use the TDS Home Page as your home page follow the instructions for the browser you are using below:

For Internet Explorer: 

The easist method is to browse to portal.tds.net and click on “Make this my home page” in the right hand upper corner. You will be prompted to accept the URL as your home page.

You can also set your homepage by following these instructions:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. On the General tab, locate the section labeled Home Page
5. Click into the Address bar and delete anything entered there
6. Once the Address bar is clear, type in http://portal.tds.net
7. Click Ok

For Firefox: 

The easist method is to browse to portal.tds.net and click and drag the link that says "make this my home page" on to your Firefox home button.

You can also set your homepage by following these instructions:

1. Open Firefox
2. Click Tools
3. Click Options
4. Select the Main icon at the top of the window
5. Locate the section labeled Startup
6. Click into the Home Page bar and delete anything entered there
7. Once the Home Page bar is clear, type in http://portal.tds.net
8. Click Ok

For Netscape: 

The easist method is to browse to portal.tds.net and click and drag the link that says: “To make this your home page, drag this link onto your Home Button.”

You can also set your homepage by following these instructions:

1. Open Netscape
2. Click Edit
3. Click Preferences
4. Under the Category, select Navigator
5. Locate the section labeled Home Page
6. Click into the Location bar and delete anything entered there
7. Once the Location bar is clear, type in http://portal.tds.net
8. Click Ok
