The following instructions will help you upgrade or reset your Actiontec 1520 DSL Gateway (shown below)
(If you are have a different DSL Gateway please visit our Firmware Download Page to find the firmware version). When you upgrade your firmware all settings including wireless configurations that are currently setup in your modem will be lost. Do not attempt this procedure if you are connected to the Actiontec via a wireless connection, are a business customer with a static IP, or are using a Mac. You must connect a computer directly to the gateway with the supplied Ethernet cable before proceeding. Also, do not unplug the gateway or make any changes to any of your wiring while the upgrade is taking place.
