What to do if the Junk Email Service does not catch all of your spam Topic ID: 11 print

Procedure for POP/IMAP Clients:

Go to the TDS Website at http://www.tds.net or http://business.tds.net and follow the instructions below

  • From the TDS Website portal.tds.net click the "Check TDS Email" button.

  • If prompted, enter your username and password, and click the "continue" button.

  • Identify any emails that you feel should be labeled as junk, and click the checkbox next to the email.

  • Next, click the "report spam" button, this will move the offending email to the spam folder, and treat future emails from the sender as junk, automatically moving the emails to the spam folder.
