Connecting With Our New TDS Metrocom Sales Team Members

TDS Metrocom outside sales employees experience a 16-week new hire program (this includes employees in the Account Executive, Account Representative, and Sales Associate roles). In addition to on-the-job coaching and training, new TDS Metrocom sales employees are scheduled for:

• An additional two days of training during their TDS New Employee Orientation week
• One week of Business Sales Orientation
• Four product training sessions

Topics included over the course of the new hire program include:

• Full Market Review
• Prospecting Tools and Skills
• Sales Training
• Products and Services
• How to Run Professional Appointments
• Bill Comparison
