Operation Freedom Calls

At TDS, we are proud to have launched "Operation Freedom Calls" (also known as Operation Connect), a no cost video-conferencing service to families who have loved ones serving overseas. Partnering with the Freedom Calls Foundation, along with other organizations such as local chambers and VFWs in various TDS markets, the program provides care packages and live, face-to-face communication magic for area residents in Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan.

As part of the program, TDS has installed T1 lines, computers, webcams and software/hardware at various "Operation Freedom Calls" locations. Family members may speak with their loved ones for FREE upon scheduling an appointment. Appointments are necessary and information about scheduling may be obtained by calling the TDS Operation Freedom line: 866-313-7887.
